Monroe Township Middle School

FamilyID registration is now open for WINTER sports.  Incoming 7^th and 8^th grade students interested in trying out for a winter sport and any 6th graders interested in trying out for wrestling must be registered in FamilyID and have a valid physical on file with the nurse. Physicals must be on the state required form and are valid for 365 days from the date of the exam. Please see the MTMS Nurses' Page for all instructions and forms.  This information can be found under the athletic information tab on the nurse page. 

The deadline for registration and form submission is 10/28/2024. No student will be able to try out for athletics unless the registration and physical forms are complete and approved by the school doctor. Students may only try out for ONE sport per season. Please do not register for multiple sports. You may not change sports to another team if you do not make the team.  6th graders are ONLY permitted to tryout for wrestling.

If you do not think you will be able to turn in your physical prior to the deadline for any reason (including insurance reasons), please contact the school nurse directly for additional information.

Please use the Google classroom codes below to join the Google classrooms.  These classrooms will be where all information pertaining to the season can be found, including tryout schedules, call back lists, cancelations, time changes etc.  It is the responsibility of the student to join the classroom. Coaches will not be sending out invites to the classrooms.
