• How to update your Mobile Device to connect to Monroe Staff E-mail

     
     
    FOR IOS DEVICES (iPhones and iPads)
     
    1. Go to Settings
    2. Go to “Mail, Contacts, Calendars”
    3. Choose your Monroe E-mail Account
    4. Scroll to the bottom and click “Delete Account”
    5. Click “Delete from my iphone”
    6. Click “Add Account”
    7. Click “Exchange”
    8. Type in your E-mail address as follows: Example - Type jdoe@monroe.k12.nj.us. Notice we are using the username and not the full E-mail address of John.Doe@monroe.k12.nj.us
    9. Type in your password
    10. Type in “Monroe” for your description
    11. Click “Next”. Turn off contacts if you do not want your E-mail contacts to merge with your phone contacts. 
    12. Click “Save”
    13. COMPLETED
     
     
    FOR ANDROID DEVICES
     
    1. Delete your E-mail Account
    2. Create a new one and choose “Corporate”
    3. Type in your E-mail address as follows: Example - Type jdoe@monroe.k12.nj.us. Notice we are using the username and not the full E-mail address of John.Doe@monroe.k12.nj.us
    4. Click next
    5. Accept the “Security Warning”
    6. Click “OK” when the “Remote Security” window pops up
    7. Click Next
    8. Click Activate
    9. Click Next
