Today was the last day of school! Wow! I can't believe it. Even though we couldn't be together in Room 303, it was still a special day. I hope you enjoyed the slideshow that I created. I have been so lucky to be your teacher...... for two years for most of you! I am so proud of you and your efforts in the classroom and during remote learning. Woodland is so lucky to have you!

Today, my oldest nephew (Brian) turned 6! We enjoyed celebrating his birthday. Have you celebrated any birthdays this summer? Here is a picture of Brian, me and my youngest nephew, Joseph. I'm sorry that it's upside down. The website is giving me a hard time.

Last night, while we were driving home from Nicholas' baseball tournament, we saw the most beautiful sunset. Nicholas was able to take a picture of it and I'm so glad that I can share it with you. Nature can be so pretty. I'm sorry that the picture is sideways. The website is giving me a hard time.

Today was a beach day! I met Miss Papandrea and Mrs. Pandolfi at the beach. We sat six feet apart and we enjoyed chatting. I loved swimming in the ocean and looking at the seashells. The beach is one of my favorite places to visit. Have you been able to visit anywhere special this summer? Sorry (again!) that the picture is sideways. The website is still giving me a hard time.

Nicholas has been paying A LOT of baseball this summer. He really enjoys baseball and I enjoy watching him play. Below is a picture of Nicholas pitching (sideways, again!). Nicholas has had a few soccer games this summer, also. Have you been able to enjoy any outdoor activities?

I set a goal for myself this summer to grow some plants and flowers, both inside my house and outside. The truth is, that I've never been very good at gardening. I'm proud to say that I started the summer with ten plants and nine are still doing well. Here is a picture of one that I think has pretty flowers. Hope you like it! Sorry that it is sideways.
