Assignment for next time
Posted by Christopher Gross onPlease create a link library page that will contain links to all of the sites that you have used clip art, pictures, and any other media that you may have used in the past. This will help serve as a tool for the rest of the class, and I will compile the links into a main link library so that everything will be in a centralized location. If you have any questions with the assignment or any other item with the site, I will be available at the high school all day. Stop by, email, or call me. -

Posted by Christopher Gross onWelcome to the first day of Webpage Design. In our first class we will cover the basics including web page layout and planning, the Schoolwires editor, and I will show you how to create links. Please feel free to explore the site manager and get accustomed to all of the features of the site. I hope that you enjoy the class and are able to integrate your site into your class.

Posted by Christopher Gross onHere is a sample blog posting. You can set the blog so that only you may post to it, or you can click on the comments tab in the editor screen to select the yes button to allow comments to be posted. If you decide to allow posts, you have the ability to approve all comments before they are posted. You can also deter the user from changing their name with the "Allow user to change name when posting a comment" option.Blogs are a great way for you to interact with your students on an "On-Demand" basis. You can hold class discussions in your blog and you cane moderate your forum to prevent inappropriate comments from being posted.
