AMS WRESTLING CLUB
The AMS Wrestling Club meets on Tuesday's afterschool from 2:45 - 4:00 PM. The club offers current and new wrestlers the opportunity to advance their technique and learn from guest clinicians. Please see Coach Morolda or Coach Devine for more information:

OFF-SEASON INFORMATION
Wrestling champions are made in the offseason. All wrestlers are encouraged to joing the AMS Wrestling Club beginning in March.
Offseasoan Training Tips:

Attend camps, clinics, and clubs to learn and improve upon technique

Build muscle strength and endurance

Wrestle between 40-60 matches in tournaments or at camps between April and October |
