Individual behavior modification: Use of “How am I doing?” chart. 
    If a child is being disruptive, that child is entitled to one free verbal warning.  After the free warning, if the disruptive behavior continues, the child will be told to pull their green stick and place it in the jar on my desk.  If the problem continues, the child will go to yellow, followed by red.  If a red stick is pulled, I will call home to discuss the problems further with the parents. Students who do not have any sticks pulled and those who only had green pulled receive stickers at the end on the day J
