    We love to celebrate birthdays!!  I will be asking you at least one week in advance if you are interested in sending treats in for your son/daughter's birthday. 
     
    Included on this form will be the day/date/time that we will celebrate your son/daughter's birthday.  Treats can be dropped off in the morning and we will celebrate sometime during the day.  You are more than welcome to come in and celebrate with us however, if you are unable to do so, we will still celebrate with your child.  If you plan to join us for the celebration, please let me know in advance so that I can end our math lesson earlier.    
     
     
     
     
     
    We cannot send home birthday invitations unless there is an invitation for every student in our class.  I will be sending home a class list and address form towards the end of September!  Thank you in advance!
