District Policies & Regulations

Policies included in the Policy Committee agenda are draft policies and/or revisions to existing policies. The suggested changes may be due to recent changes in New Jersey statute or to provide clarification to an existing policy. The Policy Committee considers all suggested changes before recommending the new or revised policy to the Board of Education during its monthly meeting. New policies require placement on two separate Board of Education agendas, otherwise known as a first and second reading. The public is provided an opportunity to comment on suggested policy changes during the public comment on agenda items section of the Board meeting.
