    To report your child sick/absent, please log onto the parent portal of Genesis to make the entry.
    1. When to Keep your Child Home  (click)
    Notes should be sent in when your child returns to school.  A note from the physician is requested if your child misses 5 or more days with any serious illness requiring medical evaluation. 
     
    • Any new student entering school must have a current physical.  If the physical exam has not been done within the last year, it must be completed and the form submitted within thirty(30) days of registering. (FORMS)
    • NO MEDICATIONS ARE TO BE TRANSPORTED TO OR FROM SCHOOL by students.  ALL MEDICATIONS BEING SENT TO NURSE MUST BE DROPPED OFF BY AND/OR PICKED UP BY AN ADULT.
    • All medication must be picked up by the last day of school.  Any medications NOT picked up by this date will be discarded.  No medication can be stored over the summer at school.
