Monroe Township School District

Students from Monroe Township High School’s Culinary Arts’ Class and their staff advisor, Chef G., traveled to the West Trenton USMC Reserve Base on December 17^th to assist Marines in sorting their collection of Toys for Tots.  The students worked alongside the Marines in a large training garage from 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., sorting toys by age group in time for a Holiday Toy Giveaway.  To show their appreciation to the high school students, First Sgt. Spade and Staff Sgt. Lopez invited the 10 students and their parents to the "Toys for Tots" Sponsor Appreciation Dinner.
